Free Delivery
We offer free delivery on all products — no minimum order value required.
Order Processing
- Orders placed before 3:00 PM are processed the same business day.
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
- Our team prepares and hands over all packages to the shipping carrier within 0–1 business days.
Working Days
- We process and ship orders from Monday to Saturday.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be handled the following business day.
Delivery Time
Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 2–8 business days, depending on your location.
Return & Refund Policy
At Stellarive, your satisfaction matters to us. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer an easy return and refund process.
Returns
You can request a return within 03 days of receiving your order if the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories.
Please note that used, damaged, or altered products cannot be returned.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items such as used kitchenware, customized decor, and clearance products are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. You can reach us at wecare@stellarive.com or via WhatsApp at +92 324 3982124. Kindly include clear photos of the product and packaging so we can verify the issue promptly. After verification, we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund as per our policy.
Return Process
- Email at wecare@stellarive.com or WhatsApp at +92 324 3982124 with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will share the return instructions.
- Once item received and approved, your refund will be issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges & Cancellations
- For exchanges, please return the item and place a new order.
- Orders can be cancelled before shipment — once dispatched, they follow the return process.
Note: Stellarive reserves the right to refuse returns that don’t meet our conditions.
